Class description: A classic Pilates class based on the principles of Stott and Windsor Pilates programs.
Equipment needed: comfortable clothing; water and a towel (optional)
Class Format:
The class is divided into 2 - 30 minute sessions. The first 30 minutes is vertical Pilates. All exercises are done in a standing position or seated on a Swiss ball. The second 30 minutes is classic mat Pilates exercises. Equipment used is lightweights, resistance bands, bars, balls (both small and Swiss balls). All equipment is provided.
