We guarantee YOU'LL FEEL THE BURN! Les Mills BODYPUMP is for men & women, for beginners all the way through experienced body builders.
Pre-registration for this class is required due to the limited amount of equipment available.
What you need: Clean shoes are a must! It is suggested that you bring your own yoga mat/towel, water to drink, and wear comfortable clothes.
