When: Monday 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm


The purpose of this class is to get a well-rounded aerobic and weight training workout. The total body workout focuses on majo r muscle groups (especially abdominals), while utilizing basic aerobic movements. Handheld weights, steps, balls, and bands are used to enhance our workout.

Core strengthening, balance, toning and calorie burning will all be achieved at individual levels. This class was designed so you can work at your own comfort level….High impact for more experienced individuals, lower impact for beginners, or anything in between.

What you need: Bottle of water and comfortable shoes
