A fun, safe and effective aerobic/strength training class developed for all fitness levels to improve their overall body fitness.
Class consists of a one hour long session. The first ten minutes concentrates on warming up the muscles then stretching. The next 20 minutes targets the participants cardiovascular. This consists of jogging, jumping jacks, and other movements that allow you to increase your heart rate. All cardio movements are done in the water which makes the workout easier on the participant's joints. Twenty minutes of muscle toning follows. Arms, abdominals, and legs are put through a workout using noodles. These noodles provide the resistance needed to provide a complete overall body work out. A final stretch and cool down ends this hour long fitness class.
This fun filled workout can be done by all ages and abilities. It's a great way to incorporate fitness into your daily routine. You do NOT need to know how to swim to participate in this class.
What you need: Swimsuit and towel. Water shoes are optional
