A fun, safe and effective aerobic/strength training class designed for all types of people that are interested in
improving their overall body fitness. Class consists of a one hour long session. We start by warming up and stretching
our muscles. Then we move to target your movements that allow you to increase your heart rate and give you a nice
cardiovascular workout. A twenty minute muscle toning follows, which includes arms, abdominals, and legs, by using
noodles to give variety. These noodles add the resistance needed to provide a complete overall body workout. For
added fun, we play a game of volleyball with a beach ball, for anyone who would like the extra workout.
This fun filled workout can be done by all ages
and abilities, so come join in the fun and become a healthier, happier, energetic person. Feel free to bring a
friend and have double the fun.
After a workout in the deep on noodles (optional) we make our way to the shallow for a fun filled game of water
volleyball. Music and of course a few "off key singers" add to the fun.
A final stretch and cool down ends this hour long fitness class.
What you need: Swimsuit and towel. Water shoes are optional
