When: Monday/Thursday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
A fun, safe and effective aerobic/strength training class developed for all fitness levels to improve their overall body
fitness.
Class consists of a one hour long session. The first ten minutes concentrates on warming up the muscles then stretching.
The next 20 minutes targets the participant's cardiovascular system. This consists of jogging, jumping jacks, and other
movements that allow you to increase your heart rate. All cardio movements are done in the water which makes the
workout easier on the participant's joints. Ten minutes of muscle toning follows. Arms, abdominals, and legs are
put through a workout using noodles. These noodles provide the resistance needed to provide a complete overall body
work out.
After a workout in the deep on noodles (optional) we make our way to the shallow for a fun filled game of water volleyball.
Music and of course a few "off key singers" add to the fun.
A final stretch and cool down ends this hour long fitness class.
What you need: Swimsuit and towel. Water shoes are optional
