Boot Camp

A military-style exercise composed of push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups that provides a killer workout

This class is made up of basic movements that when combined together will strengthen and slim the entire body. Weights are incorporated to strength train all major muscle groups and cardio activity is used to burn fat, providing a safe, effective and fun weight loss fitness routine.
Boot Camp can be adapted into anyone’s fitness level and can easily fit into your weekly workout routine.

Class length is 60 minutes. Bring your water bottles and your desire to sweat; this class is designed to give you an overall body workout for the entire 60 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: Our facility and fitness classes require CLEAN SHOES. Clean shoes are not just new shoes, but shoes that have never been worn outside. Walking across the parking lot drags in tar, stones, dirt, snow, and salt.
