Pilates

Strengthen and stabilize your core, stretch and balance the body. Follow yoga with pilates for maximum results.

Pilates exercises emphasize the importance of “core strength” (a stable center) as well as good alignment and posture. Controlled, repetitive actions are used to realign ands re-educate the body. Practicing Pilates may bring extra strength and stability to every day activities. Light weights, bands, weighted bars, and more are incorporated into the class format.

PLEASE NOTE: Our facility and fitness classes require CLEAN SHOES. Clean shoes are not just new shoes, but shoes that have never been worn outside. Walking across the parking lot drags in tar, stones, dirt, snow, and salt.
