Water Aerobics

A fun change from traditional gym workouts. You’ll really see a difference in your overall health and fitness. This class includes aerobics and strengthening with pool noodles.

This is a class for everyone. Get moving, get fit all while having FUN! Make this class as challenging as you want. We start with a 5 minute warm up and stretch, 25 minutes of cardio follows. The next 25 minutes consists of an all body work out using the noodles and then a 5 minute cool down and stretch. This 60 minute water workout is easy on the joints and a great way to get moving in the right direction. Many friendships are made in this class.

All you need for Water Aerobics:
Swim Suit
Water Shoes (optional)
Towel
Lots of smiles
All exercise equipment is provided
