A fun, safe and effective aerobic/strength training class developed for all fitness levels to improve their overall body fitness. Different routines are followed to improve weight loss effectiveness by incorporating muscle confusion techniques. Small hand weights are incorporated into our workout routine to enhance our strength training activity. Cardio movements are basic non-dance step to get our hearts beating at the appropriate targeted heart rate to lose weight. A class is a one hour long session. The first ten minutes concentrates on warming up the muscles then stretching. The next 45 minutes targets cardiovascular, to included our upper, lower and abdominal muscle groups. The last five minutes of class stretches and cools down the body.

What you need: Sneakers, water bottle, comfortable work out clothes, yoga/floor mat (some exercises will be done on the floor)
