Wednesday 6:30 - 7:00 pm

This is a NO impact fitness class that will tighten and strengthen the body's core muscle groups. Core class is 55 minutes in length and will concentrate on all muscle groups using various weights, resistance bands and slow concentrated muscle contractions. The majority of class time is spent on the floor engaging our core muscle groups.

What you need: Sneakers, water bottle, comfortable work out clothes, yoga/floor mat (some exercises will be done on the floor)
