  • Aqua Zumba

    Perfect for those looking to make a splash: low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise fitness routine.

  • Jen's Step & Sculpt

    This step workout combines muscle conditioning, light weights, and fun music to step your way to fitness.

  • Pilates

    Strengthen and stabilize your core, stretch and balance the body. Follow yoga with pilates for maximum results.

  • Yoga

    Breathing control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific body postures. Relaxation meets fitness.

  • Combat

    Step into this workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning major calories along the way.

  • Silver Yoga

    Silver yoga exercise improves physical fitness and overall flexibility. This is a great, low impact workout.

  • Water Aerobics

    A fun change from traditional gym workouts. You'll really see a difference in your overall health and fitness. This class includes aerobics and strengthening with pool noodles.

  • Zumba

    An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance.

  • Boot Camp

    A military-style exercises like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups that provide a killer workout.

  • Firming & Toning Circuit

    A fun and very beneficial aerobic/strength training class for the intermediate at heart.

  • Total Firming & Toning Blast

    This class will challenge you to make your body the best that it can be using various tools!

  • PUMP

    PUMP is for getting lean, toned and fit – fast using light to moderate weights and repetition for a total body workout.

Clean shoes are required for all fitness classes. No street shoes are permitted in the aerobics room. All fitness classes are FREE to members and $5.00 for non-members. Schedule subject to change. Please call for class availability.
